Sessions with the Hines family are always super fun. What could be better than three handsome little boys (always dressed so stylish with the help of their Mama) and a great location where they could run, explore and climb over logs. Taking photos was simply intertwined with finding cool sticks and rocks. 🙂
Amy is very special to John and I. I first met her when photographing another birth and Amy was the doula (amazing support for the mom during labor and delivery!) We weren’t planning to hire a doula ourselves for Aleksa’s birth, but when I saw Amy in action, I knew she would be an amazing help and I’d feel comfortable with her in the delivery room. So she was present for Aleksa’s birth and an incredible asset! Even John raved about all she did and how amazing she was for our natural delivery. We learned the day Aleksa was born that Amy had just found out that she was also expecting! So nine months later, sweet Sebastian arrived and I couldn’t wait to photograph him. He is the absolute smitten image of his Daddy and completely adored by his parents and big sister Adrianna. And as you can see, little Sebby already has some pretty special super powers and he’s ready to take on the world 🙂
I first met Hannah through church when we both lived in Gainesville. We would meet for coffee to catch up on life and chat about dating. John and I were newly married so I was continually raving about eHarmony and trying to convince Hannah to join. 🙂 Months went by, John and I moved away from the area and we lost touch for a little while. When I heard from Hannah again, she had not only met the love of her life and gotten engaged, but we were thrilled that they had also met through eHarmony!
Their wedding day arrived and we were so excited to capture every moment. The day was full of excitement, sentiment and friends as they were married, then celebrated with a beautiful outside reception at her parents home. Lots of laughter and dancing, the day was simply perfect!
Introducing sweet little Max… He is only just a few weeks old and his parents already seem like pros! Juggling work, new puppy, and a newborn, they are doing an amazing job! So much love in this new family…
